Here’s how it works. Enabled by background processes, called task agents, ITK continuously polls other applications from predefined actions that require InSync intervention. Combined with ITK, InSync integration is limited only by your imagination. ISS works with you to achieve true integration between InSync and your critical business systems.

Supporting industry standards
Again responding to customer’s needs, ISS has taken the lead in supporting industry standards where they exist and pushing to establish new ones where they are lacking. InSync provides support for legacy and current CM standards such as MIL-STD-973, MIL-STD-2549, and ANSI/EIA-649.
