What’s New
Available Updates Be sure to check the ISS ftp site for all available updates for ISS products: SLICwave v5.2 and InSync v3.3. All patches can be obtained for your specific product at (https://www.isscorp.com/FTPSite/WebInterface/login.html). You will need to login using the Username and Password that has been emailed to you for ISS Website Support. Once logged in, please review the associated “readme.txt” file for specific details for each update.
NEW! SLICwave v5.2 SP7 (COR1077) Released! (December 2011) SLICwave 5.2 Service Pack 7 (SP7), also known as COR1077, is now available for downloading from the ISS ftp site. Please review the readme.txt for details regarding the specific corrections and major functionality upgrades included in SP7.

NEW! InSync v3.3 SP3 (COR1063) Released! (July 2011) InSync 3.3 Service Pack 3 (SP3), also known as COR1063, is now available for downloading from the ISS ftp site. Please review the “readme.txt” for details regarding installation instructions.

FAQs
How can I get InSync v3.3? If your current InSync server will not change, and you can verify the current server configuration meets the requirements of InSync v3.3, simply notify InSync Support, your Account Rep, or ISS Contract Administration to request the software. You will also need to receive a new “Isrvr.cfg” License Control file for the InSync v3.3 software. If your server will change for InSync v3.3, you will need to submit a new Hardware Checklist to receive the new “Isrvr.cfg” License Control file. If your InSync Maintenance contract is current, you can download the CD image from the ISS FTP site.

What is my FTP site User ID and Password? Your UserID and Password for accessing the ISS ftp server was emailed to you when you became an official Point of Contact (POC) for your maintenance contract. You can contact ISS Technical Support or ISS Contract Administration. to have your UserID and Password emailed to you.
What does “SLIC” stand for? Systems and Logistics Integration Capability
How can I contact ISS Product Support? You can email any product support questions to support@isscorp.com. Be sure to include your contract ID (ex. 0000/A000) in the email. We can also be reached Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (ET) at toll-free 1-800-528-9185, or (864) 654-1284. Please follow the prompts, and input your contract ID when requested, to access the Product Support Staff.
