The Online Help Desk is open 24/7 and is provided as an additional resource to assist in your support requirements. We hope you find the online support resources useful and that you visit often! To access and use Product Support Online, the maintenance contract on your software license must be current and you must be a designated support Point of Contact. If you are not sure of either of these, please contact ISS Contract Administration and someone will assist you. How to Login to the Support Desktop You will need your userid and password. Your userid is your first and last name separated by a space. This is your name as provided to us when you were identified as a support point of contact. Your password is your last name (lowercase) coupled with the first four numbers of your Contract ID (no spaces between the name and the number). Your userid and password were provided to you via email. NOTE: You will find the Contract ID located on the label attached to your software. This is also the same number you may have previously used when calling Product Support. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Contract Administration. |
